MES carry out: Electrical Inspection and Testing to BS7671 (16th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations), Guidance Note 3 (IEE), Electricity at Work regulations 1989 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Following the inspection, certificates are completed on computer software in the office which detail all tests carried out and any non-compliances with the Wiring Regulations. Fire Alarm and Servicing to BS5839 is carried out and full certification, which exceeds the BS requirements, is issued on computer software. Emergency Lighting to BS5266 and issue certification on computer generated software. All certification is checked by the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor within our Technical office before the certification is issued to the client. Portable Appliance Testing is carried out within offices, shops, hotels, hospitals and any other premises that require this to be carried out. Ductwork Cleaning is carried out and proven by pre and post photographic evidence. Gas Installations are tested in accordance with CORGI recommendations Air conditioning and Comfort Cooling Systems are inspected and tested.
